Office Reopening Announcement
Dear Clients,
Good news! Our office is reopening non-essential procedures and consultations starting Monday, May 11th! Per the latest announcements from our Governor, we will be reopening our office for nonessential treatments, services and consultations while following current guidelines!
We have been consistently applying medical safety protocols since the initial spread of COVID-19 in the US while we have continued uninterrupted to provide medically needed services to our clients. All staff are aware of proper sanitation and cleaning procedures necessary to safely provide care to our valued patients in a post-quarantine world.
As you might expect, all employees will be checking their temperatures every morning before work. You will see us sterilizing our hands frequently and wearing masks during your visit. We will continue to disinfect the exam rooms in between every patient as has always been our habit.
We ask that you do not come in if you have a fever, feel ill, or think you have been in contact with anyone with the COVID-19 virus in the past two weeks.
Initially, we are keeping our hours limited to 10 am – 2 pm Monday -Thursday and 9 am -12 noon on Fridays but will expand available office time as demand returns to normal.
We are limiting the number of patients present in the office at one time to 4 or less, so please arrive only at your scheduled appointment time and do not bring friends or spouses with you unless you have cleared it with the office in advance.
Rosie is emailing most of the registration and consent forms in advance so that you do not need to fill them out in the office. This will help get everyone in and out in a timely manner.
ALL PRIOR STANDING APPOINTMENTS WILL NEED TO BE RE-CONFIRMED. PLEASE CALL THE OFFICE DURING OUR SCHEDULED HOURS (10-2 Mon-Thurs, 9-12 Fri) TO MAKE A NEW APPOINTMENT OR TO CONFIRM YOUR EXISTING APPOINTMENT.
